This guide will walk you through setting up the Commissions feature in Detail Bookie.
Step 1: Enable the commission feature
The commissions feature is currently in beta testing. There will be a per user fee for the commissions feature at a future time.

To join the beta test, use the live chat. Ask Detail Bookie support to put you in the beta test.
Step 2: Set up commission profiles
Define one or more commission profiles for your earners.
Log in to your back office and navigate to > Set up > Company > Commissions.
Press the Create Profile button.
Profile name: Choose a name for this profile.
Flat bonus: Flat bonus payment amount per work order.
Straight rate: Straight rate percentage calculated from the total amount charged on the commissioned work order.
Enabled: When enabled, profile can be used for earning commissions.
Step 3: Assign profiles to your commission earners
Choose the commission profiles available for your commission earners, and set their access level to the commissions reports.
Enable each commission profile available for this commission earner.
Choose the team member's access level:
CommissionUser:
Can add a commission for themselves to a work order.
Can view the my commissions page.
CommissionManager:
Can add a commission for any person to a work order.
Can approve, deny and customize commission payouts.
Can run payroll reports.
CommissionReports:
Can view payroll reports
