Assigning and approving commissions
How do I assign a commission to a team member for a work order?
Use the Manager's Commission Review Report to review all the unrecorded commissions for your next payroll.
From the back office main menu, navigate to > Reports > Commissions > Commission Review
Review all listed commissions and update them as needed. Approved commissions will be included on the next payroll. Rejected or withdrawn commissions will be set aside on the next payroll.
Pending: The commission is awaiting review and approval.
Approved: The commission has been approved and will be included on the next payroll report.
Rejected: The commission has been rejected and will not be included on any payroll report.
Adjusted: The commission amount has been manually adjusted.
Withdrawn: The commission earner has withdrawn themselves from earning this commission. This typically occurs when an earner was assigned a commission in error, or unexpecedly did not participate in the commissioned activity.
How do I customize a commission payout?
Visit the commissions section for the work order. View the details page for the commission to update the bonus or rate for this payout.
How do I approve or deny a commission payout?
Use the Manager's Commission Review Report to approve or deny a commission payout.
How do I delete a commission payout?
Commission records cannot be deleted. A record will be retained of who cancelled the commission.
A commission earner may withdraw themselves from earning a commission from the work order page. Reasons for this may include adding themselves to the wrong work order by mistake, calling in sick and not performing the work for that commission, etc.
A commission manager may deny the commission payout for the work order from the Manager's Commission Review Report.
Recording commissions for payroll
How do I run payroll for commissions?
Before you record your commissions for payroll, review the Manager's Commission Review Report to ensure all payouts have been approved or denied, and the amounts are accurate.
Recording a commissions payroll report will finalize these commissions. After being finalized, they can not be edited.
From the back office main menu, navigate to > Reports > Commissions > Commissions Payroll Report
Press the Run new report button.
Choose a cut off date for this commissions payout. The report will default to today.
Review the list of earners and payouts for accuracy.
Press the Finalize Report button.
View the Payroll Report. You can download or print the PDF version of this report for your payroll team, and your own records.
Optionally, you may print a copy of the payroll report for your commission earners. Each of your team members commissions will appear on their own pages.
Your commission earners will have access to the records for these commissions for the next 90 days from their My Commissions page.
How do I see historical commission payments for team members?
You can access and print all past payroll reports. From the back office main menu, navigate to > Reports > Commissions > Commissions Payroll Report

Yes. Print or download PDF versions of your commissions payroll reports. From the back office main menu, navigate to > Reports > Commissions > Commissions Payroll Report
Can I print a commission summary for my team members?
Yes. Print the PDF version of your payroll report. Each of your commission earners has their own page listing full details about all their commission payouts and how they were calculated.
