The appointment confirmation message is displayed to your customers when they book a job with your self booking website. A usable but generic message is provided by default, but you should customize this message to reflect your business policies.
How to edit your appointment confirmation dialog message
From your backoffice main menu, navigate to:
Setup > Company > Customize Booking Pages > Confirm Appointment Dialog
Start editing by enabling the Use customized text option.
