Online credit card payments are accepted and processed automatically through Square. Then, they are automatically recorded in your Backoffice.
Recording Offline Payments
If your customers pay in cash, or if you choose to operate your Detail Bookie account without a Square processor, payments are recorded on each Job Ticket. This is also how you'll process payments through third-party apps like Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal.
From the Job Ticket, click the Invoice Menu at the bottom of the page. Select the Record Payment option. Input your payment details and hit Save.
