How do I customize the payment page for Square payment links?

  1. Visit your square dashboard at app.squareup.com.

  2. From the main menu, navigate to Settings > Invoices & Payments > Payment Links > Settings > General

  3. Choose what payment methods you want available from your payment page.

  4. (Recommended) Enable email notifications of Square payments

  5. Configure tip options.

  6. From the main menu, navigate to Settings > Invoices & Payments > Payment Links > Settings > Branding

  7. Choose your logo, color, font and other branding preferences.

How do I send a Square payment link to a customer?

  1. Visit the work order page you want to collect a payment or deposit for.

  2. From the main invoice menu, choose the Send Payment Request or Send Depost Request button.

  3. Review or update the amount of request payment.

  4. Use the Send button.
