Find tickets and customers with the search box

Use the universal search box

Search for a job ticket number

Search for a ticket by entering that ticket number into the search box.

Find customers by searching for an email address

Search for a customer using their full or partial email address.

Here's some ways you could find the user [email protected]:

  • Search for support

  • Search for detailbookie.com

  • Search for detailbookie

  • Search for partial text, like detailb

Find customers by searching for a phone number

Search using a customer's full or partial phone number.

Here's some says you could find the user who has (251) 300-4200 for a phone number:

  • Search for the whole phone number with or without formatting:

    • Search for 251-320-4200

    • Search for 2513204200

    • Search for +12513204200

    • Search for (251) 320-4300

  • Search without area code:

    • Search for 320-4200

    • Search for 3204200

Find customers by searching for their customer number

The universal search box has a special mode for searching by customer number.

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon πŸ” to change search modes

  2. Choose the customer search mode

  3. Enter the customer number into the search box

Find customers by searching for a vehicle

The universal search box has a special mode for searching for customer vehicle traits.

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon πŸ” to change search modes

  2. Choose the vehicle search mode

  3. Enter a vehicle search term, such as Tesla, RX-7, or Crestliner

Don't search for Make and Model together. The Vehicle search only matches value from one trait at a time, like Make or Model.
